2005 North American Solar Challenge
Austin, Texas

The 2005 North American Solar Challenge rayce start will be in downtown Austin, Texas. Following the opening ceremonies, teams will cross the start line in one minute intervals beginning at 9:00 a.m.

The public is welcome to view the cars and talk to the teams.

Rayce Start Location

Start line activities will be on Congress Avenue between 16th St. and Martin Luther King Boulevard. The start line will be located across from the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum.

July 17 - Sun.	9:00 a.m.	Rayce Start.
July 17 - Sun.	9:45 a.m.	Start line activities conclude.
Note: As the rayce route is finalized, these times may be slightly adjusted.

Rayce Start - Solar cars will be released from the start line in one minute intervals.
