Regarding the charging orientation when the car is stationary. Does the entire car still need to fit in the box with any orientation to the ground? Or is it just the array that need to fit in the box with any orientation to the ground?

Regulation 5.2 specifies just the array, including any energy gathering components such as windmills, must fit in the box. The non-energy gathering parts of the car do not have to be in the array box when the car is stationary.
