Does the rating on the forced ventilation system which is a minimum of 280 liters per minute include input and output ventilation or just one of the two? If we were to have 140 lpm input and 140 lpm output is this acceptable?

Input and Output ventilation are not cumulative, only one of input or output flow, as selected by the inspector, will be counted.
