What limitation, if any, if there to the methods, manner, and materials used to support the array in charging orientation/configuration? Does any part of the support system, other than the electrical connections of Reg. 5.5 need to be carried by the solar car?

Array stands do not need to be carried by the car. Array panels, peak power trackers and electrical connections must be carried by the car.
