Regulation 7.9.3 gives regulations on what is allowed at checkpoints. Since the car is stationary it would follow that the array could be placed in charging oreintation and therefore auxilary panels and structure could be utilized. Also in Regulation 7.9.3 is the allowance for solar charging with would further indicate the ability to use charging configuration. Is the ability to use the charging configuration no longer defined by the 2003 regulations?
