Are "adaptable" fairings, i.e. ones stated to vary to lessen side wind drag, but which conceivabley could also be used to gain propulsion from side winds, considered part of the solar array. If so, would the nature of their lack of fixed status while in Raycing Configuration rule out their usage. See also reg. 5.1 that excepts "the effects of wind on the basic shape of the car..."
