Are you or someone you know interested in coming along on a solar car competition? Volunteering as an observer could be the opportunity to do so. Observers ride along with different teams over each segment of the route documenting what happens and reporting back to event staff to help verify results, determine penalties, and give awards. Observers get to be right there in the action seeing the competition up close and behind the scenes!
