The events this summer are still on and happening July 27-August 7! After careful review of data collected on the route drive, the decision has been made to extend ASC 2021 to a 5-day event, adding a stage stop in McPherson, KS. This adjustment will make it more likely that solar cars of varying capabilities will be able to drive the complete Santa Fe Trail route on solar power. To maintain the original 12 day overall schedule and with attrition in the number of teams expected due to covid-related travel restrictions, we have reduced scrutineering by a day.
